TeleThai (“we”, “us”) provides Thai-language call assistance for foreigners in Thailand. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your choices are. Questions? Write to hello@telethai.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us through the contact form, email or LINE: your name, email address, and phone number or LINE ID.
- The details of your request: who you need us to call, what you want to know, and any reference information needed to carry out the call.
- Records of the calls we make for you and the summaries or reports we send you.
We never ask for passwords, PIN codes or banking credentials. Please do not send them to us.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To make calls on your behalf and report the outcome back to you.
- To handle payment and keep basic business records.
- To improve our service.
Who we share it with
- The Thai companies, service providers or administrations we contact for you, and only the information needed for that call.
- Providers that help us run the service, such as our website hosting and email providers.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email hello@telethai.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee.

This website only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
